The firm is led by its principal, Reynaldo (Rey) Nisce (Managing Consultant), together with Karlo Nisce (Chief Appraiser, a licensed real estate appraiser and broker with an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management) and Kyle Nisce (Project Director).
Yes. Nisce & Co. appraises land, land improvements and buildings, and values corporate real estate and enterprises, from its headquarters at the Nisce Building, Quezon Avenue, San Fernando City, La Union.
Yes. Appraisal and brokerage work is led by Philippine-licensed practitioners. Karlo Nisce placed 6th in the 2012 Real Estate Appraiser licensure exam.
