Reynaldo Nisce
Principal of Nisce & Co. and President of Eso-Nice Realty Development, Inc. in San Fernando City, La Union. He champions affordable housing through the Eufrosina Heights development, is a former national director of the Chamber of Real Estate Builders (CREBA), and serves as President of PhilRES in La Union.
Karlo Nisce
A licensed real estate appraiser and broker who placed 6th in the 2012 Real Estate Appraiser's Examination, with an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management. Former Director of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (Greenhills) and Past President of the Rotary Club of New Manila East.
Kyle Nisce
Project Manager of the Eufrosina Heights Subdivision and currently a City Councilor of San Fernando City, La Union. He also serves as an Assistant Governor for Rotary District 3790.
